Insurance

BrotherMovers offer basic insurance to protect your valuable belongings. Note* If customers have valuable item , such as cash , checks, precious jewelry, or similar belongings, please organize them before the movers arrive and keep them in their own car or a secure location

Basic insurance policy

This coverage is called "released value protection" and is set at 60 cents per pound. This means that you will be reimbursed for everything from your paper clips to family heirlooms at 60 cents per pound. This coverage is included in the quote given by the service.

We cannot be held liable for damage to these items if they have not been inspected beforehand. We don’t offer wall mounting services for items such as TV or bed frames.

Our Recommandation

*We highly suggest packing your TVs and monitors into boxes made specifically for the safe transport of those items. If you do not have a tv/monitor box and do not want to purchase one from us, we suggest that you haul the tv or monitor yourself as our insurance only offers $0.60 per pound for a replacement if broken or damaged.
